Excel at School

We’ve been there, we’ve used that textbook, we know that it's not enough. Not knocking the resources or the institutions that produced them, but it’s good to diversify your education resources. Not only will your speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills improve, but your grades will, too!

Arabic

Arabic is the linga franca of the Middle East, the area ranging rom Iraq to Morocco.

As many as 420 million people around the world speak Arabic, making it the sixth most spoken language.

It is one of six official languages of the United Nations.

Chinese

Nearly 1.2 billion people speak some form of Chinese as their first language.

Standard Chinese is the official language of China and Taiwan. It is also one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

Korean

Korean is the official language of the Republic of Korea and the  Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It is spoken by approximately 80 million people.

 

Persian

Persian, also known as Farsi, is the language spoken (in one form or another) from the Middle East to India.

There are approximately 110 million Persian speakers worldwide, with the language holding official status in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan.

Russian

Russian is the most widely spoken Slavic languages, with over 260 million speakers around the world. Russian is the seventh most spoken language in the world.

It is also one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

Turkish

Turkish is spoken by approximately 88 million people worldwide. Primarily spoken in Turkey and Cyprus, it has speakers in countries from Azerbaijan to Germany and beyond.
