Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Schedule: Full Time for a short term (3-4 months); 40 hours per week plus OT (as needed)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Require knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and techniques of training combined with knowledge of language training programs in order to perform difficult and complex work assignments
  • Effectively work with a team from diverse tasks
  • Coordinate class schedule with students, Clients, and partners and support them for continuous improvement
  • Be responsible for the overall program quality control
  • Monitor instructor performance and class status
  • Comply with Client’s reporting requirement
  • Completing other duties, as assigned


  • Graduate from accredited university-level institution
  • Ability to recruit language instructors and build partnership with language schools
  • 2-3 years experience in a field related to managing language instructors
  • Excellent Verbal, Written and Oral communication skills, especially strong writing capability required
  • Experience with multimedia production (video, audiovisual, graphics) is a plus
  • Experience as foreign language instructor, test, curriculum developer or similar role is a plus
  • Experience administering a foreign language program including budget tracking, recruiting, hiring and training
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required
  • Overtime may be required
  • Finding suitable classroom facilities around the U.S complying with task order requirements

Other Details:

  • Normal work hours are from 9:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday
  • Overtime is occasionally required
  • Daily lunch break of 60 minutes

LOD offers salary of $50,000 per year and salary commensurate with experience.
